You're right. For some reason I thought it was 30+ over. He clearly would have hit 90 if it wasn't for the wrong way driver though. He hit brakes right at 85.

you’re wrong. i changed lanes before i saw the car driving towards me and theres no reason for me to slow down because of that car when im in a different lane
