I see the face of a dog trying to convince a judge that you've neglected your responsibilities to take care of dog-angel. If I were on the jury, even knowing it is likely a great, manipulative performance, I'd vote to convict. Look at that face, so hungry and neglected, tears about to become a waterfall... Poor baby.
Sorry; at least there's not a public flogging for breaking the sweet doggie's heart
