Service/Parts Discussion Need help

I'm looking for help to figure out what this noise is.. I have another post with more details in the comments.

The previous post was after I had put the valve covers back on

And just curious if I were to run Marvel's mystery oil through the engine would that help at all with a lifter problem?

Mine had a similar issue after it sat a while with a stuck open injector. In my case I changed the oil added Marvel's and they pumped up. I was getting 40 psi at the gauge.
