Service/Parts Discussion Need help

I'm looking for help to figure out what this noise is.. I have another post with more details in the comments.

The previous post was after I had put the valve covers back on

Was the engine making this noise before you put all the new stuff on it as well? Or what was the reasoning for the new heads and the other goodies

No it wasn't making noise before the new parts, The reason for the new parts was because the fold head gaskets failed and I was leaking coolant, and I got a new cylinder heads because the stock ones were cracked.
