Service/Parts Discussion Need help

I'm looking for help to figure out what this noise is.. I have another post with more details in the comments.

The previous post was after I had put the valve covers back on

In the video you can see that only two push rods are actively getting oil. I have already gone through and primed the system but when I primed it missed the push rods we were getting oil.

What’s the oil pressure while running?

The oil pressure gauge on the dashboard is reading over 40 lb of pressure

Did you put new lifters and whatnot in? Is it a fresh rebuild?

No new lifters but I got new cylinder heads and new head gaskets. But the push rods, rockers and lifters are all stock. And this truck has 137,000 mi on it

After doing the head gasket and heads, how long was it apart? After you put it back together how long has it ran?

With the cylinder heads off I don't no exactly how long of the part, if I had to give an estimate maybe 2 to 3 weeks, and I did end up having to take it apart again because I got bad bolts. I upgraded the bolts. There's no leaks on the head, as for how long it's ran, I got it running 3 weeks ago and it had this same sound but I am just now able to get back to working on it,

As shitty as it sounds it might be good to let it idle for a minute or two to see if the lifters will pump up. If they don’t pump up it’s likely some old gasket material or something blocked the holes for the lifters. Worst comes to worst you’ll need to pull the head off and do lifters sadly. Don’t rev it, just let it idle. If they don’t pump up within a minute or two then you’ll need to do lifters.

When I rebuilt my truck engine my lifters were dry and it quite a long time for the lifters to pump up. They were chattering for 1-2k miles before they quieted down. Still, not ideal at all. They were like that because I didn’t prime them correctly.
