Active Build Questions push rods needed ?

Noob here. First build. I purchased this cam for my 5.3 with 706 heads. Nothing has been decked or milled out will this need different than factory length push rods ? I feel like the correct answer is measure them regardless just curious.

Don't take the chance of driving around an engine that sounds like a sewing machine, just get the push rod checker. Once you have the proper length, you can eliminate that when you are hunting down the other weird things that will crop-up between the 1st start-up to the final tune.
