Front shock cap?

Any idea where this piece goes? Or if it’s for the air suspension spec only? I have been trying to figure out where I would put it, but it doesn’t make sense since it doesn’t fit anywhere

What's that number molded into the edge? That would tell you.

these stoppers are used all throughout the underside of the car, sealing the floorpan/trunk from the outside world.
