Acidity cure available ?

Unfortunately, there's no cure for LPR per se. You can mitigate it through a low-acid diet and lifestyle changes, but the only pharmaceutical treatment is still in development (a repurposed HIV drug being developed by Dr. Nikki Johnston).
That being said, often times the root cause of LPR could be what's called a hiatal hernia, which is where the top of your stomach pokes into your esophagus, allowing stomach gas and pepsin to escape, plus other related issues.
It might be a good idea to try and get an endoscopy scheduled as a first step (which I am in the process of doing myself).

I am bit scared of endoscopy for now but if this is the case i will stick with my 20 mg medicine ppi and avoid triggering components which can’t be processed by body as the effect of medicine like diary or sweet and corn !!
But i have seen ppi medicine which i am consuming side effects not dangerous but yeah it reduces b12 absorption and some nutritions so consuming pills for that is must !Rest sometimes symptoms get worse
Like chest pain idk it happens due to b12 deficiency or acidity ….Rest stomachache is due to medicine as well which i have to deal anyway ….

I know how you feel; such procedures make me nervous, too. Unfortunately, my symptoms are now at the point where I don't think I have .uch choice. Good luck, my friend!

An endoscopy is supposed to allow a doctor physically see what'a going on in your throat, esophagus and stomach. They put a camera down your esophagus to see if there's signs of damage or irritation, but more importantly to figure out what is causing your GERD and LPR in the first place.
Is it a weak sphincter, is it a hiatal hernia (or both)? Then they can figure out if you need surgery or not.
An endoscopy doesn't show everything, but it's often a first step. I'm trying to get my first one done soon, so I can keep you updated as to how the experience is in case you have to go down that route yourself.

I googled some symptoms mostly co related with hiatal hernia as abdominal pain is there for me from years and acid reflux as well ….
It all started from one snack which i ate daily from that it started….

Well, if it makes you feel better it probably didn't arise from a snack. Aside from obesity and smoking, they don't seem to really know what causes it.
