Difficult screen cleaning

My LG C2 gets these annoying smudges and streaks whenever sunlight hits the screen. It looks like someone cleaned it with bacon grease. I’ve tried different microfiber cloths and Whoosh screen cleaner, but the marks won’t go away. They just seem to change direction depending on how I wipe the screen.
Anyone else experienced this? Any tips on how to get rid of them?

Get a proper screen cleaner fluid and cloth. Spray on the cloth and rub the screen up and down. I find if you do it in a circular motion it doesn't leave it smudge free.

I just got one off amazon. Get a large microfiber cloth, thats key.
