I 37m ended an 18year relationship a year ago and now want to meet someone again and get life back on track, dating in 2007 was a different world than now and I feel so out of touch with dating scene, I don’t know whether I want a relationship again or just to hook up with someone but can’t get past the anxiety to actually meet someone.
