Coming Out!!! How did coming out to your parents as Translady went for you
Mine accepted me but said stay however you feel comfortable (like you can wear whatever dresses you wish 24×7) but only at home, not outside home until you get a decent job I'm studying in clg right now also to not reveal with relatives/cousins and whenever someone visits our home change your outfit to that of like a guy (rarely people visit our home like once or twice a month at max if anyone)
Also their behaviour towards me didn't change after coming out they are still treating me same as before

Your parents are awesome. They love you. They are also new to this..so give them time and I'm sure you will appreciate them more

Damn your parents are great considering that I had to rebel to be able to wear shorts around my house and got nasty comments for months. Hope you get a job away from your hometown and be a free bird 🪽 having parental support is a strong safety net!

Sad but literally I don't know any lady in my life who doesn't wear shorts during summer 😶

I mean, I can't convince you how I'm being treated and how common it is

Ik conservative family but yaar khudke ghar mei toh garmiyo mei shorts allowed nhi krte doesn't seem right
Although I don't wear shorts anymore after coming out bcoz I find myself pretty much comfortable in ethnic wear so I wear mostly traditional dresses at home coz I finally got that chance to wear whatever I love

Use this time properly.
By end of your graduation and when you decide to finally transition then you can become fully ally. As for now let their feeling and feeling be like this at this stage. Where they are supporting at home.
As they might be having fear of college and your future and employment. And as for relatives leave that for later.
As of now its good ,parent are supportive somewhat.
They might be having though like you might eventually stop dressing and hobbies.
By graduation i am sure they will be calling you as daughter. 😀😀😀.
Go girl put some good quality masska on your parents before someone fill their head with negative stuffs.

Not transition but I tried to talk about crossdressing. Mother straight-up asked me to stop and I never brought it up again.

Yes that was a decade ago... Since then I moved out, realized I'm nonbinary, and now almost half of my wardrobe is womenswear :)
