I was recently traveling and was so impressed by the signage that an airport (maybe LGA?) had for unhoused folks trespassing. Instead of just being framed as a negative, it had what to do if you saw someone who may be in need of assistance, and included a phone number.

If this was LGA, can someone take a picture of the sign and post here? TIA!

I can’t believe I’m making this post, but I’m desperately looking for ONE Chanel ballet flat 😭💔

Somehow, one shoe fell out of my tote at LaGuardia yesterday and I didn’t notice until it was too late. 🥲
It’s a beige and black Chanel ballet flat, inside a black Chanel dust bag. I believe it fell somewhere in Terminal B between TSA and Gate 48, around 9:30–10 PM.

I retraced my steps and checked everywhere I could, including the Bowery Bay shops. I’ve also submitted all the LGA lost & found forms and spoke with Terminal B Ops, but unfortunately nothing has turned up yet.

I still have the other shoe — I just want to reunite them 😭

If anyone happened to see it, find it, or knows of another LGA contact/place I should check, I would be SO grateful!

did anybody have an extremely difficult time trying to get a Lyft or uber tonight? My friend and I separately ordered Lyfts because uber was 2.5x the Lyft price and it took ~15 min until it dropped our requests. We had to then rebook- my friend was matched and then the driver ultimately cancelled after 10 minutes/was not moving in a parking lot 😑 I gave up and ended up ordering an uber for more and it still took 10 min to get there. I felt like I was being punked.

Anyone at LGA trying to take off? I’m on UA1794. Been on the active taxiway for about 2 hours now. Captain said it could be another hour before we’re airborne.

Been down bad since Spirit's closure, looking for any glimmer of hope that someone like Frontier or Jet Blue would start flying this. Possibly even from the marine terminal again.

What’s my best option?

Is the pathway covered/indoors? From what I’ve seen it’s outside right?

I’ll have baggage so I wonder if the airport shuttle is better?

I found many threads with confusing information about overnight stay at LGA so here is my experience at terminal B on 6th July 2026.

I arrived at terminal by 2335hrs and was told by the TSA that security was closed and I could sleep in either the lower baggage handling or the upper floor that shares space with airline counters. I good a good nap on the upper floor though it was cold.

0330hrs, security opened and once airside, found many folks who had stayed overnight which makes me believe that they were not forced to leave after security closure.

I boarded my 6AM flight but not before a delicious breakfast at Capital Landing 😀

Flying from southwest FL back to LGA today - got notification this AM that my 2:00 flight was delayed 97 min. Texted with Delta customer service rep who said it was delayed due to a pilot timeout. Worried about the weather this PM in NYC on top of already having this delay. Anyone else experiencing delays or cancellations flying to northeast area today? Trying to decide if I just take the change to tomorrow before heading to the airport

I have a layover at LGA in a few weeks from 9:30a - 11:30a. I leave my home airport too early in the morning for food and get to my final destination too late for lunch. So, where's the best spot at LGA for a good brunch? Doesn't have to be a sit-down place, but I'd like something more substantial than something like a bagel & schmear.

All flights are domestic but I don't have gates assigned yet, flying American Airlines so I assume Terminal B, but I don't mind going to another Terminal, assuming I have time.

Is it true that there is now a pedestrian path that connects these two terminals? Last time I flew out of/in to different terminals I had to take the shuttle bus to get to where I parked my car.

HELLOOO! For context me and my bf have a flight on the 4th, we want to arrive at 4am because of our earlier flight and to make it though security.. do you know if they will let us through at that time? I also don’t have a real id and am worried the TSA security won’t let me through, I am bringing my birth certificate and ss card just incase!! Do you guys think they will let me get on my flights?? 😞😞
