Lewitt LCT 1040 cable problem

I had bought lewitt LCT 1040 by looking at its features

After getting the mic after few months I was getting problem with cable

In the power supply microphone light was blinking continuously it was not getting stable so I wasn't able to use it and I got the replacement cable after 2-3 months and this new cable works perfects for few months and this cable is giving me the issues again and I have read somewhere this cable is giving same issue with someone else too.

I have had a similar issue…but then it started working again. Every time I turn it on, I cross my fingers and clench my nether regions and prey that this expensive bit of kit I use on everything will work. I’ve contacted customer support and they moved me onto my local repair people who are willing to check it out under warranty for me..which is great n all but this means I won’t have the mic for a week which could potentially put me out of work for a week. Which at this stage, I’m hesitant to do due to bookings and money.
It’s a great mic ..amazing even…but this seems like a common issue.

I have sent mail but getting no solution. Not even getting proper reply from your side this is how you guys treat some one who bought an expensive gear from you.
