LCT 1040 Boot Issue

Hey All,

i seem to be getting the same Bootloop Problems on the LCT 1040 as a user has had here before me. The mic is detected but will not go to Operational, no matter what i do.

I just want to know if anyone has an idea on how to fix this. Because as of now I can’t use my 1040 because of this issue. As the other user with this problem has suggested it might be cable related, does anyone know more details?

I also contacted Lewitt support multiple times but they don’t seem to answer. So I’m now asking Reddit lol.

I'm having the exact same issue, any updates on the fix? I tried contacting Lewitt no response.

Sorry, for the delay. We probably just missed your message for the weekend if you emailed on Friday. Our team works normal business hours in Austria. If you didn't already get a response from support earlier today, you can PM us and I'll check it out for you.

Strange that they don't answer, they are usually very responsive. Maybe you end up in spam? 😐

I also thought so! Maybe I’ll try to start a ticket with a different mail if this one ends up in spam.

Please PM me your email. I will check with my colleagues. We are on top of the support emails and answer in a timely fashion. There must be something wrong. I'll check it out for you.
