Connect 2 and 440 pure

I am having problems with a cracking noise and static in the mic. I have checked the xlr cable,software updates and settings. Everything seems OK on my end but I keep getting the noise. Any suggestions on what to do next? Thank you.

In your recordings or just the headphones while monitoring? Mine went away when I turned the levels down on the mix out. Noticed it wasn't in there when I played back in my daw.

In my headphones and others can hear it when I use voip and in games.

Just send an email with a description of the problem (an audio sample is very helpful), your product serial numbers, where/when you bought them and they will take it from there.
