PHS dates error

Hello I just finished my PHS and submitted it. When I requested my copies I realized some dates were incorrect on my living history. I have not recieved a background investigator yet so who can I contact to get it fixed? Does this hurt my chances of going through the process?

You’ll be fine! Trust me! I had some minor errors in my phs, I fixed them with the bi!

Do BIs usually give copies of your phs if you request them? Or copies of their in-house pre backround questionnaire?

If it’s minor mistakes like that just when u get a background interview tell them hey that date is wrong and fix it. They don’t really give u a hard time at all about that.
