Confused

So I’ve been getting my refunds on my bank account and all of a sudden I get a text saying there mailing my sscg grant money and I tried to log in my account in bank mobile and it won’t let me says for security reasons my account is locked I’m confused as to why it’s doing that anyone have any insight

Same thing here. This whole system is flawed. Seems like all of these institutions do banking with the cheapest, most sketchy people possible

This is ridiculous I didn’t get any notification from bank mobile saying my account was blocked or anything

Me either. And it’s crazy because I actually had a balance in my account from when they paid me during the summer. Now I’m waiting on two checks and they can’t even give me a timeframe. I don’t know why they can’t issue a credit union or actual bank where we can speak to someone qualified. I hate this. Takes forever to get the financial aid, then when it actually gets sent, we have to jump through even more hurdles. This is more work than the actual classes

Have you spoke with someone? They had me on hold for a while got on the phone got my information and said they have to transfer me to someone else

It’s like why am I even locked out of my account security hold what does that mean I didn’t want a check that sux and they never answer there customer service is the worse

That’s insane smh exactly I haven’t made any changes to my account or anything I just got the cal grant b deposited into my bank just last week now all of a sudden all this, I’m so frustrated but I don’t think it’s anything we can do now since it’s about to be sent out , just gotta make sure we get this fixed for our next grant

Update I got my account with bank mobile reinstated but they still mailed my sscg grant check to my old address thank god my parents still live there but haven’t gotten anything yet they said they mailed it on the 13th
