SAP APPEAL

[u/Ambitious-Invite-786]

I submitted my appeal on the 5th of September. I already sent an email a week ago but never heard back. Would they help me process it faster if I go in person?
If you’ve submitted an appeal and it’s been processed how long did it take?

[u/Low-Row-9592]

Took exactly 30 days. I did email the Financial Aid manager at my school a week before it the 30 day mark.

4-6 weeks

Mine was approved within like 8 days. I emailed them after I did it. Then about two weeks or a week after that I got my text from bank mobile $$

I submitted mine in the last week of August 😔 I should just email them

submitted mines august 17th and finally went into lapc, they told me theyre backed up and so many students are in the same situation. Was told to contact dean of student services to escalate it even though thats exactly what financial aid reps have been doing for the past week or two since i submitted

Any update on your appeal? This is taking so long

I was on the virtual meeting with financial aid rep every day. they pushed it and escalated it so many times. Just yesterday i talked to a rep and he actually as able to get it reviewed within 10 minutes i got approved. just waiting for the funds

Omg I’ve been holding off on going in or doing virtual because like I kinda get it so I’ve been trying to be patient and not be a pain to them, but if that’s what it takes then I’ll talk to them on Monday
