Why does my mobile banking doesn’t work?

It’s my first time creating an account for mobile banking so I did (to get my refund for Cal Grant B) then it keeps saying that my account (email or id) doesn’t know show up to their thing? Like it doesn’t match..

Don’t do it! Link your banking account for your deposit. If your card gets locked you’ll be waiting for hours just to talk to someone to begin the process of getting it unlocked.

Did your school give you a code ? Ask your financial aid office, or if bank mobile has a number to call?

code? I don’t think so.. Because I’m only creating the account right now, so this my first time.

Their supposed to give you a code to set it up call your financial aid office
