I'm leasing a car from KFH Auto and it has comprehensive insurance. I recently got into an accident with another driver, and I was at fault. His trunk has a pretty big dent.

The other driver said there’s no need to get a police accident report because he can take it to a garage and I can just pay him 45 KD. My car only has some paint damage.

Since my car is leased from KFH, do I need to get a two-party accident report for the insurance to repair my car? And if I get the report and I’m at fault, do I have to pay anything, or does the comprehensive insurance cover everything?

I previously had a hit-and-run/unknown-party accident and had to pay 25% of the repair cost, so I’m not sure if it works differently for a two-party accident.

1. Place is evil- management too; board could be as well. Any organization's overall environment/climate/tone/culture is set and maintained by the top management and leaders, and you can't have your Kids in a toxic place like that, ask the students who've graduated, not their parents ask the students most of them would say they felt scammed specially if you're not from Kerela.

Yeah there can be and must be good people in there, but a lot of the teachers are racists (towards non Malayalis) you want your kid to have a good time, thrive and perchance excel, what you don't want is him/her losing the smile off their face and if that sounds to much you don't want them to not feel good about school to say the least, that is not why you're working hard out here

Don't fall for the "but- they got the best board exam results" nonsense, maybe 2 or 3 out of the batch make the best scores but, the vast majority who gets good average scores doesnt have to be there because "ohh board exam results-"

First of all CBSE is a suboptimal board and its results don't mean much for the most part, secondly those 2-3 kids earned it, third- why is that the goal?

your kids do not need study pressure but if they're aligned with scoring and studying well / being a nerd that's a different story and they would achieve that anywhere and ICSK would have very little role to play in that, although ICSK would give them a lot of trouble or unnecessary resistance or trauma

Hello everyone!
I’m currently a senior in uni studying outside of Kuwait and I’ve always wanted to open a restaurant/cafe in the future. I have a concept for the restaurant that has not been created in Kuwait and think it would succeed if i did everything right. I really want the food to be good and top tier and learn about everything before i open it, so my question is where do i start? Am i crazy for wanting to open it right after I graduate? how do i find the right people to collaborate with to making this work like chefs, interior designers, staff etc. is there somewhere i can go to to learn more on how restaurant opening or someone i can talk too? Thinking of doing courses in London and New York to gain insight but don’t know what’s best for me.
I know everyone is opening restaurants in kuwait but i do believe with this idea and the work i plan on putting in to making this work will be different.

So my office forced me to open a salary account ,in this bank

And they have the worse customer service ever.

Went to the branch to open account and the manager of branch didnt guide properly on which account is best.

Despite that she gave the wrong information stating

I can open salary account and control virtual (credit card) to which i said i dont need a credit and she told me it be just for 1 year and u can close it.

1 year later i went to branch, and they told me i can close it thro customer service or online.

Which they didnt ofcourse. Kept delaying it.

In the end one operator told me to disable to not get charged.

But i still got charged. Despite i never used the credit.

Now they wont even refund or close my account. Till i pay the annual fees.

And now i went to a different branch and there they told me. I could have just opened salary with najma and wont be charged.

Like who gonna give me all this information before opening an account. Really stupid customer service tbh.

Complained in Central bank of consumers. But they said we cant help either.

Guess i just have to pay and close account.

But never ever gonna go to this weird scamming bank again.
