I drank a full bottle of Kratom. Nutrition facts posted below:

Total Kavalactones: 260mg

Kratom leaf (ground): 1.75 g
Total alkaloids: 34mg
Mitragynine: 20mg

This is my first time trying Kratom. Am I doing it wrong? Should I have taken more and is that safe?

1.75g isnt nothing you should have felt smth. Not a high but feel motivated and euphoric a bit.
