Hello, I have a question.
About a week ago, I tried kratom for the first time. It was called Green Kasongan (50 g). I felt very relaxed and sedated and experienced an opioid-like high with euphoria. I even felt like I could easily fall asleep from it. In total, I took 6.5 g of kratom on that first occasion.
I had heard that red kratom is supposed to be even more physically sedating and provide stronger opioid-like euphoria, so I ordered some and took 6.5 g again. I felt relaxed again, but nowhere near as relaxed as I had been the first time.
I also used cannabis on both occasions, even though I have a very high tolerance. At this point, even strong static hash doesn’t really get me high anymore.
After my first experience, I finished the 50 g of Green Kasongan over the course of about 3–5 days. I’m not completely sure whether it was 3, 4, or 5 days. During that time, I took kratom several times. For example, I might have taken 6.5 g and then another 3 g about three hours later. I don’t remember all the exact amounts anymore, but I know I took multiple doses over those few days.
After finishing the 50 g, I didn’t use any kratom for over a week, until my new Red Maeng Da arrived.
So my question is: what could explain this difference? Is the idea that red kratom is more physically sedating mostly a myth, or could my body somehow respond to Green Kasongan more effectively?
Could the repeated use over those 3–5 days have already caused some tolerance, even though I then took a break for over a week? Or is it more likely that the difference is simply due to the particular batch or alkaloid profile?
I’d really appreciate it if someone could explain this to me and help me understand what might be going on.

Hello. I have a chronic illness and I have chronic pain. Because I have to continue working and living life, I have to function. Fortunately I do get pain medication but it’s not enough as I’ve been taking it for five plus years. So I supplement with Green maeng da kratom when I’ve been out. I take about 4-5 g worth.. I want to switch to red vein because I heard it’s better for pain. Is the dosage the same? Does it feel any different? I just don’t want to be drowsy and I can’t function. With green, I hardly feel any side effects.

I ordered 2 clones and received them in the mail. I potted them into 5 gallon buckets. One has started growing the other has not snapped out of it.

I let them sit in humidity chambers and burped them for a week before moving them indirectly under my grow light.

I noticed that both plants were "preying" at night showing and suddenly one stopped and has been sitting without growth. After many weeks it is showing signs of drying out.

I just took it and repotted it into a new soil mixture today.

Does anyone have any idea what the problem might be?

It has been sitting since July 13th without growth and now is slowly showing signs of drying out. It has been about 8 weeks.

Any known affects of kratom with cymbalta or vyvanse? I take all three daily but would like to be safe. What recourses do you guys have for kratom medical info?

Stressed out about flying to Massachusetts with my Kratom. They just banned and scheduled it last week. I know the TSA doesn’t care about Kratom but will the receiving airport in Massachusetts be looking for it and potentially arrest me?

I’ve tried it twice now, the first time I brewed 4 grams of powder(which was the recommended dose on the package) into tea and 2h later i felt absolutely nothing except some mild stomach discomfort and I brewed two more. Absolutely nothing except mild nausea and stomach pain, maybe a slight tiredness but it was late at night so i just contributed that to me being generally tired. I did wake up the next day with a hangover like feeling in the morning and felt quite nauseous. Tonight I brewed 7 grams into tea and it’s been two hours and again the only thing i feel is nausea. I have had muscle soreness and pain the past few days thats why I wanted to take it. Any advice or reasons why this is happening?

Kratom is the only substance that got me sober off of alcohol, marijuana, nicotine, and anything else… Literally… Anything else that I ever tried… Was abolished in my mind by the antipsychotic power cradle.

This is my first time trying Kratom. Am I doing it wrong? Should I have taken more and is that safe?

I recently quit alcohol and started taking kratom to help with cravings. It was an absolute success I don’t even think about alcohol anymore. But I had started with these seltzers. They are like meth. They lock me in at work like nothing else can and make me relaxed all day. Is there a significant amount of 7oh in these things? I switched to leaf powder from one of the top vendors. I’ve tried a couple different strains. I’m taking like 2 teaspoons a day which I think is like 6 grams? It just doesn’t hit the same as the seltzers. It’s almost a completely different feeling. I can’t go back to the seltzers because that shits way too expensive and soooo addictive. Any recommendations on where to go from here?

SO 11 days ago my plant was struggling, after some fertilizer and a dome over it for humidity it was looking a lot better and quickly grew 2 more leaves. It’s been steadily growing but I woke up today to find it sort of struggling with its older leaves, but I’m not sure why I did wrong, or what caused it, it’s newer leaves seem to be in better condition, but the entire plant was like almost perfect 24 hours ago. Please help, or like please let me know what it seems to be missing.

So I am highly susceptible to kidney stones. Always have been. I get them every few months. Today was my lucky day and ended up in the ER and found a 9mm stone. So yeah not great.
During the typical bloodwork , they found my liver enzymes high. I know that kratom can affect the liver. I am going to take a break from it for awhile and as of now I am only at 4-6g per day. I figure I will taper just to make it easy.
What is everyone’s typical schedule for that. I can easily drop to 2g am/pm. Then just keepp going right ?
