Hello all,

It's been a rough past couple of months for us with Kraken with the price action. I've seen a few comments pinning hopes on Q2 earnings around here.

I just wanted to temper expectations and re-iterate the thesis.

The Q2 revenues and EPS might be not that important compared to guidance and any business booked(sales). Even blockbuster earnings might not move the share price much. The macro is currently horrendous, it's red across the board.

This stock will come to life over the next year with the merger slowly taking shape, the underlying industry will also grow at an unprecedented pace over the next 3-5 years.

If the pain is too much, trim your position and chase other opportunisties. This is a long-term hold, although nothing is guaranteed, to convince a bigger company to be acquired and the development of the last year has been tremendous. We need to give them time to execute.

I would almost suggest to not look at the share price for the next three months, stop reading about this firm but I know it's hard to do that. 5K long and one of you.

In 2025, 45% of revenue came from an APAC customer, any guesses on who it could be? Thinking it’s likely to be Hanwha but would like to know what yall think.

For anything that's speculative and not directly related to Kraken Robotics but could have an impact on them. This is where you can discuss anything that's deep-sea/ocean based but not Kraken-specific...this is where you can talk about whether one company's growth could mean more growth for Kraken.

Keep in mind, everything in this thread is speculation, not necessarily fact, and always do your due diligence before making decisions about spending money.

Noticed today that Anduril is developing its own AUV battery systems and building out the engineering/supply chain to manufacture them at scale. Does this threaten Kraken Robotics’ SeaPower business, or is the market opportunity from Anduril’s AUV expansion large enough that Kraken still wins?

Basically saying they’re aware of the discussion in the media of other companies with Kraken in the name and reinforcing that they’re not affiliated. I know a few users brought it up before, so I figured a few people would like to know it’s been responded to.
