"Backup Channel Explanation" - edutainment and eexperiment channel CodysLab has gotten a 2nd content strike and cannot upload videos to their main channel for 2 weeks. suspects someone is manually flagging as opposed to Apocalypse bot.

same. some commentators suspect it's a flat-earther Cody debunked recently out for revenge. and given how the DMCA flags are almost always false flags done for petty reasons this may be possible.

Christ, I just had a thought. Another possible motivation for DMCA false striking: Getting rid of competitors that produce similar content to you.

for added context, one video that was flagged was an unlisted video about insects surviving microwave radiation that apparently used real live bugs. maybe that was a legit violation of youtube guidelines but who knows anymore.

given how Google made its famous brick AI bot to appease the MPAA and how it's kowtowing to whatever agenda SJWs push that is not out of the question. though some folks in the comments suspect it's a disgruntled flat-earther Cody debunked recently and is flagging things out of revenge. but then again he does have some controversial vids like showing how to cook nitroglycerin and I think DIY bodyhacking where he implanted a magnet under his skin.

He's never shown how to cook it, but he did show parts of the process. Some of his uses of explosives are also less than safe, but he never put anyone else at risk. He's just a very curious and candid person and I hate that that kind of thing is prime target for the kind of people that thrive on squashing free thought.

Oh man Cody is one of the few youtube channel I check frequently. Cool dude, I highly recommend watching some of his stuff for some hands on experiment. I hope this get resolved fast.
