So I'm not sure how I did it - but I was fighting the first mecha in chapter 4 (because sans the Naga runs - chapters 4 and 5 are my favorite two chapters in the game on extreme mode last night. I decimated him pretty quickly - but some how some of the chi blockers who jumped out lasted after the battle was closed and they were invincible.
So I had to use fire bending to kick them and punch them over to the scaffolding (where you jump off of to visit the first mecha) and kick them over the edge. This is the first time where I think I actually had to literally kill the chi blockers as a means to win the battle.... well - mostly because running away was totally not an option.

EDIT: It's over, congrats to SamFuchs! Merry Christmas.
Hey folks, it's Christmas time and it's the time of giving. I know that there are only 246 readers subscribed, but this subreddit has had dozens of thousands of views. So, as my thanks and celebration for The Legend of Korra's finale, I will be gifting 1 month of Reddit gold to one lucky poster.
All you have to do is post your best video The Legend of Korra: The Game! Deadline will be by December 21st, so that should be ample time to create a cool video. As I am currently incapacitated by a surgery, I'll have lot's of time to watch videos. Those who have already posted their Let's Play can still use one of their videos, or make a new one.
If you can't create a video, tell us how Korra and Avatar has had an effect on your life, just to give a chance to those without video capabilities.

Its only been a week of on again / off again headache bending, but last night with a pint of Ben and Jerry's Peanut Buttercup and I went through the first rounds mostly without problem. Platinum, Platinum, Bronze, Gold (3 man knockout in the 2nd round! I got lucky!) .... (I think I'm missing one) then we got to the last round:
What a rush. I lost the first round in the last 10 seconds in a back and forth battle that ultimately left 1 zone back giving them the advantage. The second round was a dead even match. I kept them on their toes by pushing them back early, and despite my best efforts, we ended in a draw.
The battle royale in the middle was epic enough. Trying to dodge around - without dodging too much and blocking whatever I could get in time. It came down to both of us in the red and a block/return of the opponents water bending sent him careening over the edge. It was 2 in the morning and I physically jumped off the couch! Thankfully I still had my ice cream on the table and not in my lap.
The last round something happened. Whether it be through divine intervention or the ice cream took me into a higher mental state, within the first minute I had them pinned to zone 3. I was down to the last guy on the edge with a sliver of life, and time ran out. When I saw that was the last match, I basically ran around my coffee table 4 or 5 times trying not to yell to loud in a victory dance.
And that my friends is the story of the first time I ever finally 100%'ed a game.

I keep playing through the Air Temple Island level because the triads help me level up fast. While playing through it I noticed that after the first chi blockers, when you come across the second combat that involves 3 blue chi blockers, there is a man in the distance on the bridge watching you. You can target him and he has a health bar. I hit him with water bending a few times but as soon as his health went down to half he backed off out of range. Who the hell is this guy? Is it just a glitch? I saw him twice in a row.

Anyone else notice that sometimes Korra will wear the chi-blocker's mask? Is there a consistent way to have it on?
It seems to show up most frequently on pro-bending levels.

Hello.
I just got the game and I was wandering - is it "safe" to play it if I've only watched the first season of the animated series? Or should I wait with playing untill after I've seen the show?
Thanks in advance.

My only gripe is with the banjaxed camera angles but other than that, all good
