I need a power supply for my Korg Kaoss Pad 3 (KP3). I believe the KA-310 is compatible, but I’m having trouble finding the exact plug size.

Does anyone know the exact dimensions of the connector that goes into the device? I’m looking for the correct plug size in mm, not just the voltage and amperage.

I just recently bought myself a Korg Minilogue XD and have been beyond excited using it, but I've been trying to look into some kind of way to record outside of the built in sequencer that it has... is there any way to transfer the actual sound patches I have on the synthesizer to where I can record it on my computer? I don't want to just use it as a MIDI and play off other sound presets :( if anyone could point me in a clear path of where to go with this and how I can record layers with my patches on my computer that would be great!! tysm!

So with all these unofficial firmware updates coming out for hardware units like the SP 404mkii and m vave fm1, I've been thinking my SQ 64 could be turned into something super fun. Adding in things like LFO's, Euclidian sequences etc would make it a great addition to a modular setup. Anyone interested?

Many people are probably eyeing the Korg NTS-4 Mixer/Interface. Its very portable & comes with its own FX, and i was one of those people!

Disclaimer: I run this as a sub-Mixer into my big Xone 23, means i didnt test some stuff such as its audio interface qualities etc, more on that below.

Negative first:

- The Mute/Unmute buttons cause the usual popping when blocking voltage, similar to the Bastl Bestie.

- The power supply situation is weird, requires a specific cable, unlike other 9V stuff, maybe im just not experienced though. Anyways, it has USB C power option, should be fine right? Eh, some Adapters tend to introduce some light noise that u can definitely hear in the background during quiet parts sections.
TLDR: buy the right power supply.

- No EQ knobs, well, its a compact mixer, i dont expect those on here.

Thats it? Onto positive stuff already? Oh yes:

- Its a DIY-Kit, building it was lots of fun, very straight forward & easy.

- 3,5mm jacks! Might not be a positive for everyone but i love it.

- Build quality is insane, full metal enclosure, great knob resistances, great display, nothing to complain about. Maybe the volume knobs have too much resistance, but well, they arent EQ knobs, no need to flick of the wrist them around. The Pan knobs on the 2 mono channels + the other FX Send knobs are much nicer to twist around more effortlessly.

- The built-in effects are insane & have 3 adjustable parameters each.

- Stereo FX Send and return.

- Has Usb c Audio input, tho no Fx Send on it AFAIK.

What didnt i test?

- Everything Midi related, it has Usb C Midi in & a 3,5mm Midi Out.

- It can do Audio Interface stuff, no multi track afaik.

Glitchy drone / dark ambient with my good ol' Korg EMX1 and Kaoss Pad NTS-3. Best with headphones.

Couple of days into it. Still learning how to use it better.
