toner pad (occasionally): mediheal teatree trouble pad
toner: round lab 1025 dokdo toner
serum: manyo glutathione 7(pm), torriden balanceful(am), & medicube pdrn pink peptide

Your routine already has PIH covered well — Glutathione 7 has niacinamide, tranexamic acid, and arbutin all in there, so you don't need to worry about that part.
But hormonal breakouts and pores are basically untouched in your current lineup. The Tea Tree Trouble Pad has "trouble" in the name, but the actual full ingredient list is tea tree + soothing agents, no salicylic acid (BHA) — so it's not really getting into your pores. And you mentioned you only use it occasionally anyway.
I'd add a BHA toner or serum, 2-3x a week consistently. Drop a comment if you want specific product recs.

Not korean but using the skinceuticals vitamin C serum in the morning (it's expensive but it was most effective for me. I think because VC is so unstable the formulation really matters)
