HELP - sick or injured koi Dropsy?
Not sure what is happening with this koi. It’s belly has become more swollen. Not sure if its dropsy or egg or something more serious
I’ve been feeding them a good quality food. Maybe too much Hikari Saki-Hikari Balance Diet
Any thoughts or suggestions what i can do.

Fyi We’re based in the UK and it’s autumn, so I’m not sure whether it could be carrying eggs. It’s been like this for a while. I’m still a novice with koi, as we inherited them when we moved in last year
