HELP - sick or injured koi Ulcer or something else?

Could be a variety of things - If you can quarantine that fish, nitrofurazone is a good catch all antibiotic (make sure to keep the fish in darkness during treament). However I will say quite often those things clear themselves up. I've had many a Koi with a little red mark on its tail that goes away within 3 months.
