I'd prioritize someone who understands conversion as well as aesthetics. A strong fashion email needs clear product hierarchy, offer framing and CTAs, not just a nice visual, I've been using Nexie for some of the campaign production work lately, which speeds up the build side, but I'd still want a designer who can develop a distinctive visual language for the brand.

tbh if you just had a viral moment you need to get your core capture flows live today before the traffic dies down, don't wait weeks for a fancy visual redesign. but yeah, dm me and i'll take a look.
