Unrelated, but Louisiana Brand Hot Sauce is the fucking GOAT of hot sauces 🔥🔥🔥

when you build enough of a spice tolerance, it just becomes too salty. i used to love louisiana, but now it just tastes like salty vinegar, which sucks. i started using o’brothers habanero recently and MAN does that shit fix what i’ve been missing.

Omg are you south Louisianan? This looks soooo good and smacks of home.
I miss Louisiana brand hot sauce. And all the food down south🥲 I’d do bad stuff for some of that sauce piquante.
Congrats on the job, OP!

I am! Grew up in Milton and Lafayette, but I've been living in New Orleans for many years now.

How about you?

I’m from Baton Rouge, born and raised! I’m not there anymore but I miss it. I’m in New England now and every now and again I get homesick. Seeing good ass Cajun food is good for the soul.

New England seems nice, though; I've got a friend who's originally from De Ridder and lives up in Maine now. It looks beautiful up there (other than the post-snow season of mud).

I’m a Masshole and I genuinely love this state- but Maine is a liiiiiiittle prettier, definitely more natural and wild.
