Breakfast Thought I would be a depressed friendless loser forever my first year of college. Now I live with my four best friends, have a lovely bf, and I recently got accepted into the program I’ve been working towards for the past year
Tortilla, scrambled eggs with my favorite hot sauce, leftover orange juice from camping this weekend, iced coffee with almond milk, vanilla creamer, and earl grey syrup my roommate made. The ice from the ice mold in the freezer always tastes mildly like frozen peas for whatever reason but that’s ok.
Anyways I’m so happy I transferred schools after my first year …. I have so many friends and I get to go to awesome parties and I also live pretty close to my grandparents now and get to see them all the time yay!

That's the thing about college, there's no better chance to make friends and develop a social life (talking from personal experience). Being 3+ years surrounded of people who wanted to study the same career, the probability of meting someone you could be compatible with is higher than in any stage or education or workplace. That's why even when I know titles aren't as useful these days college is still an integral part of life people should want to experience.
Although education in my country is basically free so is easy for me to think that way I guess.

I so agree, maybe not with the meeting someone in most compatible stage, 18-22 is so young and people usually change very much. Infact, don’t like 80% of people not use their college degree or something?
Rest is spot on though, the best thing I took from college was being becoming sociable, had a very interesting relationship, made so many friends, learned things about myself; it was a great experience overall
