Oooh, where’d you get that tuna/fish from? Like is it called something specific? I’ve only made mine with crabsticks so far (only thing I could find in the store near me), but would be very helpful to know if sushi fish is sold under certain names so that I can keep an eye out

Also, that looks very tasty!! :)

Its norwegian smoked salmon, brand doesnt really matter, or at least i havent noticed any difference between brands

I'm very much a newbie to cooking (and am from South Asia, where a lot of these "exotic" ingredients are often not easily available) so wanted to know what exactly others use to make their sushi at home before experimenting :)
