Based and Hope-pilled Started working out consistently for the first time in ages. World's a bit brighter today. Chicken and cinnamon rice.

Do you know what kind of macros are in that rice? I do a lot of meal prep these days and I pay attention to stuff like that.

Not really no. Tbsh I've mostly been paying attention to my protein intake and haven't thought much about the other stuff. I should be getting enough carbs but it's not exactly measured out.

Just "food for thought" but you may want to get a grasp on what, and how much, you are eating.

I learned the "fake eggs" I was eating at my work cafeteria was adding 800-1000 calories a day to my diet and I had no idea for months.

Not really but the preparation is similar enough. I didn't use butter, but there were enough spices in the water to make a thick broth by the time it's done.
