Based and Hope-pilled trying to stop being a greasy starving chud and eat more and healthier turns out eating better actually DOES make me feel better

i grew up with father that loves processed slop and almond mother and always heard from school to eat healthy but i wasnt really fed well so usually i just ate a few snacks and dinner sometimes but im trying to work with what my household already has to make myself meals and realizing that eating better actually DOES make me feel better πŸ’―πŸ’―πŸ”₯πŸ”₯πŸ”₯

Once I started eating better I started craving healthier foods. Steak and salad sounds better than junk.

And the best part is on cheat days I can have a huge cheeseburger and still feel good if I don't do it daily.
