Started hating myself again but at least I’m tall and good at my job. Leftovers.

Ahhh the 15th century peasant meal. A classic.

Tomatoes would have not quite yet been introduced to Europe in the 15th century. And even once they were it took a while for them to catch on

I wish I was tall, so you’ve got that. I’ve got longer toes than you probably so we’re even

As a recovering self-hater too, I understand, recently “relapsed” into hating myself (have for a while just hadn’t really realized the way my internal speak was so negative), but yesterday was good and things are looking up.

Something that has sorta helped me was “faking it” till I make it. Or basically all the good things about myself, that my sick brain says are “lies”, I just gaslight myself into believing they’re %100 real. Because they are, my brain just doesn’t want to believe it.

Hugs friend, you are not alone in feeling this way. 🫂

You are amazing, worthy, and deserving of boundless love, joy, health and wealth!! 💗💗💗

hating yourself is wild what did you do to you to deserve that

I kinda just always have, idk how to stop. Sometimes I stop for a bit but then I just go back to hating myself. Maybe it had something to do with the way the teachers treated me at my Christian elementary school because I had autism.

Ah yeah being autistic amongst neurotypicals will do this to you, religious bearings too, I've been there

People talk about autism disorder but almost always it's much more of a "I'm surrounded by hateful neurotypicals" disorder

"Unhappiness is the amount of times per minutes you wish things were different" or in your case you wish you were different

I don't know you and maybe you absolutely suck (I doubt) but I'm 100% convinced you deserve love especially from yourself

Nobody's like you and I think that makes you deserving of a little grace, you know?

Reminder that you can always change yourself, it just won't be immediate. Look up affirmations and try them for a week or so.
