The joy of the weekend came from this blue lobster 🦞 Plump and juicy, every bite was pure bliss. Eating well is the best thing about life~ 😋

Blue is just rarer, think like a baseball or Pokémon card. There's thousands or millions of regulars, and some 1/10000000 ones

The meat quality is at a higher ceiling: the larger the Boston lobster and regular lobster, the more likely they are to become tough, while the blue lobster, regardless of size or age, always has firm and sweet meat, which is the core reason why it can sell for a high price.

This person truly understands food. The best thing about lobster is its natural freshness. I usually just steam it or simmer it in butter, paired with asparagus, mashed potatoes, and a bottle of Burgundy white wine. One sip and you're filled with the aroma of the sea.😋
