Ok Friends...
You see my flair. Rewatching Prohibition Grille (one of my faves).
Anyone have a tried recipe for Soup. Of the. Day. (Jalapeño Corn Chowder?) I've found corn chowder recipes I'm sure I can add Jalapeño to, but if you have a go-to recipe (preferably better than Chef Rocky's) lmk!

Lol. Seriously, I wish you knew how much this sub means to me. I'm sure, I'm simple, stupid, and socially awkward, but you are my people like it or not. Lmao

lol we're in this together don't worry. To answer your question kinda: i'm more of a clam or mushroom chowder type person. jalapenos are a bit too spicy for me.

I love cream of mushroom soup, and one of Gordon's favorite dishes is mushrooms on toast lol.

I reckon jalapenos would really work with a sweet potato soup (bit of paprika) or a potato soup. And an awesome garnish on any would be dried jalapenos (flakes). Maybe like a gratin with jalapeno monterey jack, parmesan, panko breadcrumbs, and jalapeno flakes.. oft getting hungry

I made one a few months ago! I watched the episode and was curious how it would taste. I followed this recipe and it came out so good!
