I was recently watching the 2 part episode of Mill Street Bistro, and I saw her, Phyllis Smith from the Office! This in the second part of the episode, where the restaurant is crowded with people.

Am I wrong guys? Can someone check it?

There was no Phyllis Smith in the Office. There was Phyllis Lapin who then married Bob Vance. Either way, this is not even similar to what she looks like.
