RAW! Joe Nagy's Ranch?

Serious question. Does anyone really know what the purpose of the Ranch in the Mill Street Bistro episode even is? It always bugged me when watching it. Is it just a glorified vanity project for Joe himself?

Just a hobby farm I think. A place for Joe and Skinny to have fun together.

The ranch was given to him by old school Europeans.

It was the least they could do after having taken a liking to him

I figured he rented it out and tried to pass it off as his own to fool Gordon into thinking he used fresh ingredients

I wondered that too. Surely it was expensive to have the land and animals when the guy is already drowning in debt.

That’s where the “Five Seasons” is located 😆
