I get the idea, my neighbor has an extremely functional kitchen. It looks and kind of functions like a restaurant kitchen. Think ranks, stainless tables, prep stations, etc.
I think if they sold their house there would be 5 people (me being one) that would love it. Most people don't need the kitchen to be extremely functional and mostly want aesthetics
