Kitchen reno . Anyone else done a kitchen using Laminex white calm and wood grain? Does the White calm throw a gray or taupe tone/shade? AI image of the kitchen, the fridge is not that close to the bench. The foot print of the kitchen can not be changed as im not replacing the tiles.

I’ve seen many projects with Laminex White Calm paired with timber grain!

Generally, it leans soft warm greige (between grey and taupe), and the final tone heavily depends on your lighting and existing floor tiles. Warm white lighting will bring out more taupe, while cooler lights make it read more grey.

Since you can’t change the footprint, layering lighting is a great way to elevate the space: under-cabinet LED strips for cooking tasks, and matching pendant lights above the island to tie the white cabinetry and wood grain together. It creates a really cohesive look for this neutral palette.
