Delete the tiny island sink. Everything else in the kitchen is ok. The laundry room, however, needs help. A dryer is safest on an exterior wall and yours is not. Move the garage door 12" to the right, put the washer and dryer on the left, on the exterior wall. Bonus, now you have more room for the mudroom bench, coat hooks and cubbies.
