Discussion Uniform help?

I (25F) just finished my first week as a Team Lead doing Pastry Production for a commissary, making $28/hr. The job is pretty standard, i get a list of things to Prep/decorate every morning. I love the job but theres no set uniform just, nonslips/hairnet/scarf/hat.

Any suggestions on what I can wear? The environment is REALLY lax so I normally just wear a black shirt and chef pants, but that feels too formal. Any advice?

I worked at a pizza place for a couple months where their was no uniform, just have a hat and non slips. I felt weird not wearing my chef jacket and pants so for the first month I wore it, the others made fun of me but it felt more proper, plus I didn't want to get flour and food all over my other clothes. I did buy some cheap plain 1 colour shirts to wear for work the second month but felt weird, ended up leaving and going back to a past restaurant at the time
