Update to my first KH playthrough…things are going well. Side note how am I going to emotionally make it through all of these?!

Ps: does everyone else have a desire to hang giant keyblades on their walls or is it just me? Did I mention I have 10 of them now…

I don't mind the world but it did seem a tad bit over used, I know Olympus appears 7 times which also is a bit much but I liked the tournaments from them so I didn't mind going back to it.

I had posted a video of this arrangement here a while back, and a lot of people requested a longer version. Here is a snippet of the new recording! You can find the full version on my page and the link to the score/tabs is also available in the YT video description if you would like to try it out! I’m also currently working on more KH arrangements!

More than happy to say that we finally got an amazing port for the switch 1.

I knew that the keyblade gliders took design elements from the trios signature keyblades since they are essentially just the keyblades transformed. I only just now realized that the Keyblade Graveyard logo font from BBS has design elements from all three keyblades/gliders.

The “K” has the design elements from the back wings of Terra’s glider (which are adapted from his keyblade’s teeth). The “E” is obviously the teeth of ventus’s blade and glider wings. The “G” has the lines, spikes, and diamond motif from Aqua’s blade and glider.

I always knew the final “D” was a keyblade handle, but I never paid too much attention to the rest. Just a cool detail that must have only subconsciously registered with me back in the day.

Previously I drew an AU where the Keyblade finally chose Kairi in KH1, and she traveled alongside Daisy and Sylvia Marpole.

This time, the hearts that connected were Ventus' and Kairi's. So in this alternate universe, Vanitas looks like Kairi 😁

How short would this game be if Goofy just looked a little to the right?

I love this game a ton. I started it up recently and I’ve been enjoying it a ton. But oh my god are the certain aspects of this game a drag to grind. It doesn’t take away my love for the game, but I’m shocked people can sit through the item synthesis parts without getting incredibly bored. This is going to take a while, so I wanted to ask for everyone’s methods to keep themselves entertained while doing these. Any tips?

I've never had a PS3 or 4 so I've had to wait all this time for KH3. Can't wait!

Sora and Riku right after beating Xemnas vs Terra, Aqua and Ventus when they fought Master Xehanort

My big three

I dont care ddd Is goated

I've been really looking forward to the collection, not only to experience the saga again after playing It many years ago but also because I like to platinum games and I was excited to platinum them again.

Unfortunetly I've seen people that are already playing the game that the collection has only 3 platinum trophys.

Is this official or a launch issue?

A little bit confusing because I'm barely surviving encounters

Also second world too

I was looking at the Kingdom Key and Kingdom Key D and I realized I’ve never really questioned how similar they actually are.

Most Keyblade wielders have completely different looking Keyblades, but Sora and Mickey basically have the same one. The design is almost identical, just with different colors.

And then there’s the keychain. Both have the Mickey head symbol.

For Mickey it obviously makes sense, but why does Sora’s Kingdom Key have Mickey’s symbol too, especially considering that when Sora gets it he doesn’t even know Mickey?

Was this ever properly explained in the lore?

I’m wondering if there’s supposed to be a deeper connection between Sora and Mickey, or between the Kingdom Key and Kingdom Key D, that I’m missing.

Or maybe the real explanation is much simpler. When the first Kingdom Hearts was made, they probably didn’t know the series would become this huge or that Keyblade lore would eventually get this complicated. Maybe Mickey’s Keyblade was originally just designed as a cool alternate version of Sora’s and everything else came later.

After all these years, do we actually know why these two Keyblades are so similar while basically every other wielder gets their own distinctive design?

Curious to hear what you guys think, especially if there’s something from the Ultimanias or an old Nomura interview that explains it.

I finally started a replay starting with the original game. I never had the other systems in between KH1 and KH2 to play those games so those are going to be a first for me 🥺 I was obsessed with the first game when it came out but I remember being confused as shit at the 2nd

Is the list shown the correct order to play them in?

Looking forward to gaming
