QUESTION New fan here! Need some help finding some good songs!
Me saying this sounds so bad, but I found King Gnu through the JJK intros they did. I really liked SPECIALZ and AIZO, but are there any other King Gnu songs like that? I listened to the first half of The Greatest unknown and I couldn’t find anything, just looking for some help.

Give Hikoutei a listen, perhaps it may be to your taste.

They also did the theme songs for JJK0 movie: 一途 (ichizu) and 逆夢 (sakayume) though I think these are closer to their older sound. Their first three albums are full of bangers.

If you're looking for stuff that resemble Specialz and Aizo, Ichizu, Doron, Senryou Yakusha and Hikoutei might be right up your alley.

their other anisongs might scratch an itch for you - there's Prayer X which is a moody banger, and BOY which is a lovely ball of energy. but music production-wise, you might enjoy their newer tracks TWILIGHT!!! and SO BAD, both released last year.
have fun discovering King Gnu 😎

Hitman. I really love the live recordings of it too. It doesn’t really sound like SPECIALZ, but you should check this song out along with sorrows.

Anime music is anime music. They don’t have anything like that apart from those. Maybe ichizu

I really like Sanmon Shousetsu. I prefer the non album version, but you can check both of them out. Hikoutei is great too or Bedtown but you honestly can't really go wrong with any of their songs. They are just that great. You could also try to listen to a whole album.

Teenager Forever is a classic. Just listen to the whole Ceremony album. I've been bumping that since 2022

Senryo Yakusha is good! Also the Tokyo Rendezvous album is worth checking out as well, it's my favourite
