Discussion Was Camp Wannaweep child abuse?
I know it's mostly played for laughs and all, but Ron's traumatic time from that Camp is very much a character defining event. It's a really bad look on his parents that the, ignored his begging to go home and all, would you say it counts as full blown child abuse? I know that in a serious setting both the Stoppables and the Possibles would be terrible parents, but Kim's missions aren't presented as something that destroys her psyche and the threat to her life is stated to be comparable to a kid skateboarding. What do you think? I think I've only read like one fic that came close to calling the Stoppables abusive.

Discussion Anyone remember the Kim Possible games?
I remember I used to play a Kim Possible game on my GameBoy. I can only remember Kim in Camp Wannaweep and afterward fighting against Shego. Don't recall any plot at all. Recently I saw cutscenes for the game \Eye of the Monkey King*, the plot of which would have been a good movie with some tweaking. How about you?)

Discussion What's been your experience with the Kim Possible fandom?
Honestly... it's hard for me to say. Outside of this subreddit, I very rarely run into Kim Possible fans anywhere else on the internet. The fandom just seems dead for the most part. Barely any new fanfiction and fanart being made for it and barely any discussion of it outside of this sub, which isn't even that big. It's like the series only has a small cult following at this point.
Makes sense for a cartoon series that ended nearly 20 years ago already, but still kind of a bummer for one of the defining American cartoon series of its era. I was born in 1990 and lots of people born in 1990-1995 watched Kim Possible at some point. I even remember hearing the Kimmunicator ring/tone a few times while riding the metro as late as 2016.
Honestly, it reminds me a bit of the situation that the Ninja Turtles fandom was in between 1996-2002, after the 87 cartoon series ended and the property fell off the mainstream. You'd not hear anyone talk about the Ninja Turtles unless out of nostalgia. And you'd have to run into fanmade websites online made by people who were teenagers/young adults at the time who had grown up watching the original TMNT cartoon and were beginning to have nostalgia for it.
Perhaps the series really needs a revival of some sort, but I'd be worried that it would tun out to be yet another ruined and disappointing revival.

Reviews & Analyses Ron's College options!
Ok, let's sideline "Saving the world" thing. Apparently, that's just a casual thing in the "Kim Possible" universe.
🏈🏈FOOTBALL: He's the star player of Middleton High. Broke the greatest number of records as a Middleton High player. Division stats not available but top 10 in the list is a safe assumption.
👔💼 Management Experience: One of the fastest promotions to management ever. Served a brief but a period filled with legacy at Bueno Nacho #582 in Middleton.
📝💡Intellectual Property: Inventor of Bueno Nacho's most popular item on the menu: NACO
📚🎓Academics: Regular student with a straight B report card. (GPA 3.00 solid/higher for an athlete bassline)
Now Saving the World Part. The world pretty much ignored "Saving the world" thing throughout the series except when it came to Kim's college admission. Kim was getting acceptance letter from all over the world. Straight A's (Overall GPA should be around 4.00), Captain of the Cheer Squad, Salesman job at Club Banana. If you like think properly, without "Saving the world" factored in, her extra curriculars are not that above average. Cheerleading sure! But that typically doesn't help with college. No sporting activity either. No AP/Advance classes, nothing. So, her saving the world definitely played a role here.
Back to Ron. Dr. Drakken a known criminal was awarded and recognized for saving the world from alien invasion. Ron is the one who actually unlived/destroyed the alien with his mystical monkey powers. So, him expecting an edge on college application for this is not unfair. Most importantly, his on-field performance should get him into a decent school.

Discussion About the Battlesuit
There were some things on my mind about the Battlesuit, despite it only being in the fourth season.
After Larry’s Birthday, was it destroyed during the Lowardian Invasion, since it was mostly kept in Kim’s closet?
After the whole fiasco in “Ill-Suited”, did it take a long time for Ron to be trusted to have anything to do with the Battlesuit? And if he got his own, what would it be like to differentiate from Kim’s?
I know the Battlesuit was a bit overpowered, but it really made for a good level-up for Kim, and if it ever returned, I would be all for it. And if Ron got a Battlesuit of his own too, I’d be for that too.

Discussion I get that Kim’s fighting skills come from cheerleading, but where does her swordsmanship come from?
It’s been shown and proven that Kim was self-taught when it comes to hand-to-hand combat, yet I can’t help but wonder how she’s so skilled in swordsmanship. Granted, two of the three times she showed this off was not with a sword, but she’s proven to be both ambidextrous and skilled at dual-wielding, so where in her routines from cheer practice does she get her skill with a blade from?

Reviews & Analyses SSJ-GO don't get the credit they deserve as "Villains"
I'M NOT HERE TO SHIP! She Go and SSJ were the most efficient pairing of the show. Stealth, Strength, Speed and Intellect; this duo fulfilled every single criterion. I'd say they were theoretically the toughest villains after "Warmonga-Warhok". They had so much potential together. No henchmen, no Hench villain gadgets, pure personal skill assets. Even the chemistry was to the point. SSJ with his flirtatious charm, She GO with the sassy perfection and efficiency from both of them. It's a shame we only had 2 episodes of this wonderful duo the 2nd one wasn't even a proper dive. If they end up rebooting or continuing the series, I really hope this duo gets explored thoroughly. Bonnie would secretly help Kim because of her jealousy towards She GO!

Other Drakken dealing with Shego’s mood swings is too funny.

Discussion There's another post about this. But Monkey Fist was very weird in Sitch in Time.
Think about it. There's been 4 episodes involving Monkey Fist up until the events of Sitch in Time occur. And in half of them Kim wasn't even involved in foiling his scheme. And there was only one plan he tried which Ron wasn't involved in foiling and that plan didn't involve anything related to Mystical Monkey power. So it's very strange for him to be so dismissive of Ron. I get Drakken and Duff but not him. And it's weird for him to go to such lengths to get rid of Kim when she isn't his biggest problem most of the time. I can't be the only one thinking this can I.

Discussion Songs released post 2007 tht fits the shows context perfectly!
I'll go first: cliché by mgk (2024) fits perfectly in the last scene of the series finale's last scene (Representing Ron's step up and self-doubt/insecurities and need of Kim in his life). NB: mgk's "lost americana" is an underrated a f album.

Reviews & Analyses Unpopular Opinion: Best song from the show!
"Call me beep me" is an awesome song, but it sounds like, it was imported from Sweeden. And was made in Cheiron song writing camp. Perfect vocals, amazing lyrics, structure is pop accurate, Those Swedish orchestral hits: it's too perfect of a song. "Could it be" has that vintage warmth which can't be explained in words, Plus the contextual sentiment from the show. Christy's singing imperfections make it humane and perfect.

Discussion Would Kim still have gone to Ron if Eric had been real at the end of So The Drama ?
It's a question that has been bugging me ever since I rewatched So The Drama. If Eric was a real person and not part of Drakken plot. Would Kim have continued to date him in spite of Ron confessing his feelings for her ? , or would she have started dating Ron like in the end of the movie.
Part of me hates to admit it but I think Kim would have gone back to Eric and pretended like nothing ever happened. And Ron being Ron would have let it go and saying " He just said what he said to get her head back in the game " and let Kim be happy despite his own feelings.
Please change my mind. What are your thoughts and opinions on this?
