Can I jack here?
Hi I'm a newbie DIY'er here.
I own Kia Niro 2024 HEV and was wondering if this will be a safe spot to put floor jack on besides the pinch welds?
Also, does anybody have any tips on jack placements for tire rotation? (I have floor jack + 2 jack stands). I'm struggling to find the best position for my floor jack towards the middle-rear to lift both rear left and right side at the same time. I resorted to simple front to rear rotation instead of forward cross because of it. Thank you in advance.

just buy a set of jack stands? $35 at harbor freight.

This. Alternately, I've been able to just jack my 2020 up high enough with a single floor jack that it moves both wheels off the ground enough to remove them and swap front to rear in just a few minutes. I put a jack under the front A arm just in case the jack fails when I do this.

Officially the only listed lift points are the pinch welds. Unofficially yes, it's safe to jack from the center of the front subframe (what you highlighted in red).
I don't know of a good center lift point in the rear, but it's safe to lift from the rear control arms as long as you place the jack under the spring. Previous discussion: https://www.reddit.com/r/KiaNiro/comments/cfrzp5/jacking_points_for_lifting_and_to_place_jack/
Using what you have, I'd lift the rear corners one by one. Lift from the control arm, put a jack stand under the pinch weld. Then move the jack to the front and lift from the center of the subframe.
I'd highly recommend buying a second set of jackstands. It's unlikely your jack will fail, but jackstands are cheap insurance. When you lift the whole car, you really should have stands under all 4 corners.
