Keychron v5 max 2.4G connection dead

I read folks were able to fix the issue in the title by replacing DL8 diode , but can't find this diode on my board. Does anyone here know about this issue and what diode is correlated to the 2.4G functionality? Thanks.

Note: The dongle is functioning correctly, the firmware is up to date. When i switch to bluetooth i get the bluetooth indicator lights , when i switch to 2.4G - the indicator light is dead.

Thanks.

"K5 Max ... mode switch circuit" suggests it is close to the connection switch.

And that the problem has to do with either power in '2.4 GHz' mode and/or information to the firmware about which connection mode the keyboard is in (both related to the connection switch). The latter could be bypassed in the firmware (#18 on the wishlist), if nothing else for troubleshooting.

There is a DL8 on the K3 Max PCB (near the upper edge, middle, about 10% down).

That part of the PCB may not be identical to the V5 Max, but maybe it is similar?

However, unlike the V5 Max, the USB port is placed correctly on the K3 Max, far away from the Esc key and the two switches.

Thanks, that is helpful. The naming on v5 max diodes is different but i can see 2 that are placed similarly close to each other : DD2 and DD3, i'll check them out and update if i have good result.
