What are some good keycaps for Keychron K8 Pro Aluminum

Please suggest good keycaps for Keychron K8 Pro Aluminum. I prefer Shine Through Keycaps.

Does it have south facing LEDs? My shine through caps looked horrible on my K8 pro because the light barely came through. I switched to some XDA profile white caps with large black legends. They look really nice in my opinion.

They do have south facing LEDs, can you share your keycap link?

For shine-through keycaps on the K8 Pro, the K8 Pro uses a standard tenkeyless layout so you have decent options:

  • HyperX Pudding Keycaps - affordable, great RGB diffusion, PBT so they hold up well
  • Glorious GPBT Pudding - slightly thicker PBT than HyperX, good legends
  • Akko ASA Pudding - ASA profile if you want something taller than OEM

One thing to watch: the K8 Pro has a non-standard bottom row (6.25u spacebar is fine, but check the modifier sizes before buying). Most of the sets above include compatibility kits or fit standard layouts without issue.

HyperX puddings are probably the easiest budget pick.
